新中国成立以来我国非均衡发展理论的演进及其评议

The Evolution and Critique of the Unbalanced Development Theory in China Since the Founding of New China

中国经济社会发展历经半殖民地半封建社会的非均衡发展到计划经济的均衡发展,又从“让一部分人先富起来”的非均衡发展到迈向“共同富裕”,实现了人民从“站起来”到“富起来”的飞跃;我国面对改革开放初期经济落后的基本国情,在探索不平衡增长理论的基础上,创造性地发展了“三步走”“先富共富”“两个大局”等非均衡发展思想。在全面建设社会主义现代化国家的历史时期,总结我国对非均衡发展思想探索的理论逻辑及其发展,对于新时代推动“共同富裕”建设,具有重要的现实启示和借鉴意义。

China’s economic and social development has gone through the unbalanced development of semi-colonial and semi-feudal society to the balanced development of planned economy,from the unbalanced development of“Let Some People Get Rich First.”to the balanced development of“Common Prosperity”,realizing the leap from“People Standing Up”to“People Getting Rich”.Faced with the economic backwardness at that time,China creatively put forward the unbalanced development thoughts such as“Three Steps”,“Rich First and Rich Together”and“Two Overall Situations”on the basis of the theory of unbalanced growth.In the historical period of building a modern socialist country in an all-round way,summarizing the theoretical logic and development of China's exploration of the thoughts of unbalanced development is of important practical inspiration and significant reference for the construction of"Common Prosperity"in the new era.
