大尺寸矩形隧道顶管应用与难点研究

摘要 随着城市不断发展和地下空间不断开发,大尺寸矩形隧道顶管应用越来越广泛。结合广州某隧道工程案例,通过对比分析明挖隧道及顶管隧道优缺点,突显顶管隧道减少地面开挖、缩短施工周期、降低施工成本、减少对周围环境的优势。深入研究项目实际情况,总结出解决曲线段顶管、隧道与地铁站位置冲突、剪力墙拐角顶进、小净距顶管、顶管隧道反坡排水、保护临近管线以及盲区岩层顶进等大尺寸矩形隧道顶管应用中遇到的难点,以便后续类似工程参考借鉴。 With the continuous development of cities and the continuous development of underground spaces,the application of largesized rectangular tunnel jacking is becoming increasingly widespread.Combines the case of a tunnel project in Guangzhou,and through comparative analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of open cut tunnels and top pipe tunnels,highlights the advantages of top pipe tunnels in reducing ground excavation,shortening construction cycles,reducing construction costs,and reducing environmental impact.In depth research on the actual situation of the project,summarize the difficulties encountered in the application of large-diameter rectangular tunnel pipe jacking,such as solving pipe jacking on curved sections,conflicts between tunnel and subway station positions,corner jacking of shear walls,small net distance pipe jacking,reverse slope drainage of pipe jacking tunnels,protection of adjacent pipelines,and blind spot rock jacking,in order to provide reference for similar projects in the future.
