桥底复杂环境下基于UHPC加固T型梁桥施工技术

摘要 依托广东省农村公路桥梁安全保障整治工程项目,针对本工程施工环境复杂、造价成本要求低等状况,使得增大截面法、粘贴加固法无法适用于本项目T型梁危桥加固,对此提出了一种UHPC薄层加固T型桥梁的施工技术,基于UHPC高强度、高耐久性的优越材料性能,解决了增大截面法、粘贴加固法的不足之处。同时,在施工过程中创新应用了植筋、空中反吊式操作平台、混凝土新型浇筑、模板免支撑等技术,可大幅提高结构承载力,避免了桥底环境对施工带来影响,提升了施工效率,为该加固技术的推广应用提供了解决思路。 Relying on the Guangdong Province Rural Highway Bridge Safety Assurance and Remediation Project,and in response to the complex construction environment and low cost requirements of this project,conventional methods like section enlargement and bonding reinforcement proved unsuitable for the T-beam bridge reinforcement in this project.To address this,a construction technique involving UHPC(Ultra-High Performance Concrete)thin-layer reinforcement for T-shaped bridges was proposed.Leveraging the superior material properties of UHPC,such as high strength and durability,this method overcomes the limitations of section enlargement and bonding reinforcement.Additionally,innovative applications of technologies such as rebar implantation,aerial reverse-hanging operation platforms,new concrete pouring methods,and formwork without supports were used during construction.These significantly increased the structural load capacity,avoided the impact of the bridge bottom environment on construction,and improved construction efficiency.This provides a solution for the application of this reinforcement technology.
