摘要
既有房屋安全关乎到社会的稳定以及人民的幸福,因此需要准确判断既有房屋的安全状态,以减少既有房屋安全事故的发生。目前,既有房屋安全评价仅采用单一监测指标进行判断,未考虑多种因素相互作用,传统的层次分析法使用线性加权得到最终结果,没有考虑非线性的影响,会使结果出现较大误差。对层次分析法进行改进,采用非线性算法计算最终结果,同时考虑了多种因素对既有房屋安全的综合影响,以提高对既有房屋安全评价的准确性,最后通过实例,对传统层次分析法与改进后的方法进行了比较,验证了改进方法的可靠性。
The safety of existing houses is related to social stability and people's happiness,so it is necessary to accurately judge the safety state of existing houses in order to reduce the occurrence of safety accidents of existing houses.At present,the existing housing safety evaluation only uses a single monitoring index to judge,without considering the interaction of multiple factors.The traditional analytic hierarchy process uses linear weighting to obtain the final result,without considering the non-linear influence,which will cause large errors in the result.This paper improves the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),adopts nonlinear algorithm to calculate the final result,and considers the comprehensive influence of various factors on the safety of existing houses,so as to improve the accuracy of the safety evaluation of existing houses.Finally,through an example,the traditional analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is compared with the improved method,and the reliability of the improved method is verified.
