摘要
幼儿园劳动教育乡土课程资源开发与利用决定着幼儿园劳动教育质量,是幼儿园劳动教育课程实施的前提和基础。当前幼儿园劳动教育乡土课程资源开发与利用主要存在目标不明确、内容较单一、开发不足及幼儿教师劳动教育课程资源开发与利用素养较低等方面的问题。基于以上问题本文提出制定明确具体的幼儿园劳动教育课程资源开发与利用目标、充分挖掘幼儿园劳动教育乡土课程资源内容、综合开发各类劳动教育课程资源、多途径提高幼儿教师劳动教育课程资源开发与利用素养等建议。
The development and utilization of native curriculum resources in kindergarten labor education determines the quality of kindergarten labor education,which is also the precondition and basics of the implementation in kindergarten labor education curriculum.At present,the development and utilization of native curriculum resources in kindergarten labor education mainly face many problems,such as unclear goals,single content,insufficient development,and low accomplishments of kindergarten teachers in the development and utilization of labor education curriculum resources.Based on the above problems,this paper puts forward some suggestions such as formulating clear and specific goals for the development and utilization of kindergarten labor education curriculum resources,fully excavating the content of local kindergarten labor education curriculum resources,comprehensively developing various labor education curriculum resources,and improving the development and utilization literacy of preschool teachers’labor education curriculum resources in multiple ways.
