岗位、能力与优化:高职专业群英语教学的反思与重构

摘要 高职院校专业群英语课程教学目前存在一定问题,无法满足专业岗位人才培养的需求,亟待通过教学改革的方式来体现课程的价值,提高专业群人才培养质量。基于对当前高职专业群英语教学的反思,围绕对专业群岗位实际需求的剖析,本文从优化英语教学内容、教学模式、考评体系和教学团队四个维度,提出关于高职专业群英语教学模式重构和改革的思路,以期提升课程品质,助力专业群建设。 There are currently many problems in the teaching of English courses in professional groups in vocational colleges,which can not attach the demands of speciality personnel training.It is urgent to reflect the value of the course through teaching reform and improve the quality of personnel training in professional groups.Based on the reflection on the current English teaching in vocational professional groups,this thesis proposes ideas for the reconstruction and reform of English teaching mode in vocational professional groups from four dimensions:optimizing English teaching content,teaching mode,evaluation system,and teaching team.This will help improve the quality of the course and facilitate the construction of professional groups.
