摘要
结合煤气净化大型化后硫铵设计及开工遇到的问题,对关键管道及部分设备进行理论计算和现场实践分析,根据结果将管道和设备进行合理化布置,改造后能够保证硫铵单元连续稳定运行。
Based on the problems encountered in engineering stage and commissioning of large-scale ammonium sulfate unit in BPP,theoretical calculations and on-site analysis were carried out on critical pipelines and some equipment.As a result,the pipelines and equipment were arranged reasonably,and this optimization can ensure continuous and stable operatio n of the ammonium sulfate unit.
