摘要
既有居住小区改造通常存在着复杂的历史遗留问题和居民利益诉求,需政府、企业、社会组织和居民等多方力量的共同参与,通过科学合理的规划、创新的结构设计、合理的材料选择、严格的施工技术管理和环境保护措施,提升老旧小区的空间使用效率,为居民创造更加宜居的环境,以提升社区的品质和居民的生活质量。
Existing residential areas usually have complex problems left over from history and residents’interest demands,which require the joint participation of the government,enterprises,social organizations,residents and other forces.Through scientific planning,innovative structural design,reasonable material selection,strict construction technology management and environmental protection measures,the space utilization efficiency of old residential areas can be improved,so as to create a more livable environment for residents,and enhance the living quality of both the residential areas and the residents.
