独立焦化企业碳排放来源及降碳路径浅析

摘要 随着全球对气候变化和环境问题的日益关注,工业领域的碳排放成为亟待解决的环境挑战之一。焦化企业作为能源和化工行业的关键,其生产活动不可避免地伴随着大量的碳排放。独立焦化企业因独立运营的特性,其碳排放问题显得尤为突出。本文以独立焦化企业为研究对象,通过对其碳排放特点及降碳价值的分析,深入探讨了碳排放的来源,包括备煤、炼焦、熄焦、焦转运、煤气净化、自备锅炉及附属生产系统等环节。在此基础上,提出了降碳的路径,包括推动减污降碳协同增效、优化焦炉煤气利用方式、开展焦炉烟气碳捕集利用示范、优化独立焦化余热回收等。通过这些措施,旨在为独立焦化企业实现碳排放的有效控制和减少提供可行的方案。 With the increasing global attention to climate change and environmental issues,carbon emissions in the industrial sector have become one of the urgent environmental challenges to be addressed.As a key in the energy and chemical industries,coking enterprises inevitably generate a large amount of carbon emissions in their production activities.Independent coking enterprises,due to their independent operating characteristics,have particularly prominent carbon emissions issues.This article took independent coking enterprises as the research object,and through the analysis of their carbon emission characteristics and carbon reduction value,it deeply explored the sources of carbon emissions,including coal preparation,coking,quenching,coke transportation,gas purification,self owned boilers and ancillary production systems.On this basis,a path for carbon reduction was proposed,including promoting synergistic effciency in pollution reduction and carbon reduction,optimizing the utilization of coke oven gas,conducting demonstration of carbon capture and utilization of coke ovenflue gas,and optimizing independent coking waste heat recovery.Through these measures,the aim is to provide feasible solutions for independent coking enterprises to effectively control and reduce carbon emissions.
