微时代背景下,新媒体矩阵已成为大学生获取信息的重要平台,与传统媒介相比,新媒体有着独特的信息传播特点,“微思政”已成为大学生思政教育的重要途径和手段。这对高校思政教育特别是对辅导员来说,既是机遇也是挑战。辅导员必须认真剖析“微思政”的技术技能和实际运行中存在的痛点,提出“微思政”工作策略:线上与线下共发力,自觉提高网络运用技能;引导与育人紧密结合,创新思政教育的内容与形式;预防与处置并重,提升网络舆情引导力;教师与学生相结合,着力培养“微队伍”;当下与长期并举,克服“微思政”教育本领不足。

Under the background of micro-era,new media matrix has become an important platform for students of colleges and universities to obtain information.Compared with traditional media,new media has unique characteristics of information dissemination."Micro ideological and political education"has become an important way and means of ideological and political education for students of colleges and universities,which is an opportunity as well as a challenge for ideological and political education in colleges and universities,especially for counselors.Counselors must carefully analyze the technical skills of"micro ideological and political education"and the pain points existing in the actual operation.The working strategies of"micro ideological and political education"are put forward:working together online and offline,and consciously improving the network application skills;guiding and educating students closely,and innovating the content and form of ideological and political education;paying equal attention to prevention and disposal,and enhancing the guidance of network public opinion;connecting teachers with students,and focusing on cultivating"micro-teams";combining the current situation with long-term development,and overcoming the lack of"micro ideological and political education"skills.
