水氮耦合对王草产量和品质的影响

摘要 采用盆栽试验的方法,以热研4号王草为材料,研究不同水氮条件对王草生长性状的影响及生理响应机制,为王草生产的合理水氮配合施用提供科学依据。结果表明,在W1(35%~45%)、W2(55%~65%)和W3(75%~85%)土壤水分条件下,王草的最高产量相应施氮量分别为271.78、355.05和329.06 kg/hm^(2),粗蛋白含量最高时对应的施氮量为361.54、505.44、647.88 kg/hm^(2)。随着水分胁迫的加深,脯氨酸积累量增加,且在相同水分条件下随着施氮量的增加而增加。CAT酶活力则随着水分胁迫的加剧而显著降低,且在相同水分条件下随施氮量的增加而增加。土壤水分条件对王草产量及品质的影响程度高于施氮量的影响,且它们之间存在明显的协同效应,故水氮搭配得当,便能获得较高的产量和品质。在该试验条件下,最佳的水氮条件为土壤含水量W3(75%~85%)、施氮量329.06 kg/hm^(2),此配比可显著提高王草的产量和品质。 By using the method of pot culture experiment,the effect of growth and the mechanism of physiological response of king grass under different water and nitrogen conditions was studied,to provide the reference about the rational using of water and nitrogen in planting king grass.The results showed that during the soil moisture conditions of W1(35%-45%),W2(55%-65%)and W3(75%-85%),the application rate of nitrogen of corresponding maximum yield were 271.78,355.05 and 329.06 kg/hm^(2),and application rate of nitrogen of the highest protein content were 361.54,505.44,647.88 kg/hm^(2).With the deepening of water stress,the accumulation of proline increased,and it increased when application rate of nitrogen increased in the same moisture conditions.CAT enzyme was as water stress intensified that significantly reduced,and it increased when application rate of nitrogen increased in the same moisture conditions.The effect of soil moisture conditions on yield and quality of king grass was higher than application rate of nitrogen,and they existed obviously synergy effect,so only if collocation of water and nitrogen was proper,higher yield and quality could be obtain.In this experiment condition,the best conditions of water and nitrogen were that the content of soil moisture was during 75%-85%of field capacity,and the application rate of nitrogen was 329.06 kg/hm^(2),the yield and quality of king grass could be significantly improved in this ratio.
