一种稳固的SiO_(2)/PDMS超疏水涂层的制备与稳定性研究

摘要 为了提高超疏水涂层的稳定性,构筑良好的界面是关键。本研究选取并制备了一种硅烷偶联剂改性的SiO_(2)纳米粒子(KH570-SiO_(2)),不仅能在聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)分散液中良好分散,还能与PDMS链之间通过共价键链接;通过一步喷涂并完全固化后在玻璃表面构筑了一个改性SiO_(2)/PDMS超疏水涂层。利用扫描电镜、红外光谱、接触角等多种方式对改性SiO_(2)/PDMS涂层的形貌、结构及表面性质进行分析;并通过划格法、砂纸摩擦及胶带剥离实验对SiO_(2)/PDMS涂层的机械稳定性进行评价,最后探讨了涂层的稳定性机制。结果表明,改性SiO_(2)/PDMS涂层具有优异的超疏水性及机械稳定性。本研究为在材料表面构筑稳定的超疏水涂层提供了一种新方法,有望扩展材料在自清洁、防腐涂层、管道运输、油水分离等领域的应用。 To improve the stability of superhydrophobic coatings,the construction of excellent interfaces is the key.This work adopted the strategy of optimizing the interface structure and prepared a silane coupling agent-modified SiO_(2) nanoparticles(KH570-SiO_(2)),which could not only disperse well in PDMS dispersion solution,but also form covalently bonds with PDMS chain.Then,a modified SiO_(2)/PDMS superhydrophobic coating was constructed on the glass surface by spraying method and fully cured.The morphology,microstructure,and surface characteristics of the modified SiO_(2)/PDMS coating were investigated by scanning electron microscope(SEM),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),contact angle measuring instrument(CA)and so on.The mechanical stability of the SiO_(2)/PDMS coating was evaluated by the experiments of marking,sandpaper wear and tape stripping.Finally,the stability mechanism of the coating was discussed.The results indicated that the modified SiO_(2)/PDMS coating exhibited excellent superhydrophobicity and mechanical stability.This study provided a new method for constructing stable superhydrophobic coatings on the surface of materials,which was expected to expand the application of materials in self-cleaning,anticorrosive coating,pipeline transportation,oil-water separation and other fields.
