中空玻璃微球/BiFe_(1-x)Al_(x)O_(3)近红外反射复合颜料的制备与性能研究

摘要 采用水热法和液相沉积法制备了一系列环境友好型多彩近红外反射颜料,结构通式为HGM/BiFe_(1-x)Al_(x)O_(3)(x=0、0.1、0.2、0.3、0.4),通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和UV-Vis-NIR分光光度计对颜料的结构、形貌和光学性能等进行表征。结果表明,制备的BiFe_(1-x)Al_(x)O_(3)均匀的沉积在中空玻璃微球(HGM)的表面,随着Al^(3+)掺杂的增多,颜料的禁带间隙从1.81eV增加到2.02eV,粉末颜色由红棕色变为黄色,颜料的近红外反射率最高达87.16%。由其制备的涂层反射率高于类似颜色常规涂层的反射率,而且颜料具有良好的化学稳定性。因此,这些颜料有望作为“冷”颜料在建筑隔热等涂料方面应用。 A series of environment-friendly colorful near-infrared reflective pigments were prepared by hydrothermal method and liquid phase deposition method with a structural formula of HGM/BiFe_(1-x)Al_(x)O_(3)(x=0,0.1,0.2,0.3 and 0.4).The structure,morphology and optical properties of the pigments were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and UV-Vis-NIR spectrophotometer.The results showed that the prepared BiFe_(1-x)Al_(x)O_(3)was uniformly deposited on the surface of hollow glass microspheres(HGM).With the increase of Al^(3+)doping,the band gap of the pigment increased from 1.81eV to 2.02eV,the color of the powder changed from reddish brown to yellow,and the near-infrared reflectance of the pigment reached up to 87.16%.The reflectivity of the coating prepared from them was higher than that of conventional coatings with similar colors.Moreover,the pigments had good chemical stability,and they were expected to be used as“cold”pigments in building thermal insulation and other coatings.
