Five Perspectivesin Rural Language Life and Language Service in Digital Economy

数字经济驱动乡村振兴的过程中,语言文字是数字技术赋能乡村产业的主要载体,乡村语言生活是三农问题发展情况的重要截面,乡村语言服务是三农问题发展过程有力支撑。依据《中华人民共和国乡村振兴法》,将从产业振兴、人才振兴、文化振兴、生态振兴、组织振兴等五个方面,分析乡村语言生活在数字经济背景下的变化,以及乡村语言服务乡村振兴的相应对策路径。最后从城乡融合和扶持监督的角度,探讨数字经济时代,乡村语言生活的时代特征和语言服务的新任务。

In the process of digital economy-drivenrural revitalization,language is the main carrier of digita l technology empowering rural industries;rural language life is an important section of and a strong support in the development of the″three rural issues″.Based on the Rural Revitalization Law of the People s Republic of China,this paper discusses the changes in rural language life under the background of digital economy in five aspects:industrial revitalization,talent revitalization,cultural revitalization,ecological revitalization,and organizational revitalization,as well as the corresponding countermeasures for rural language services.Finally,this paper explores the characteristics of rural language life in the era of digital economy and the new tasks of language services from the perspective of urban-rural integration and supervision.
