摘要
为解决有腐蚀性、易气化、易固化等特殊液体液位测量的问题,提出了一种基于FDC2214电容式传感器的非接触式液位测量系统。设计了由STM32F103主控芯片、FDC2214电容传感器等组成的非接触式液位测量硬件系统,通过对电容值变化量与温度的变化曲线进行数据分析,搭建了对应的温度补偿系统。此外,系统采用卡尔曼滤波算法对测量数据进行滤波处理,有效地提高了系统的测量精度和稳定性。实验测试结果表明:液位测量系统对10组不同的液位进行测量,液位计灵敏度为190.5 pF/m;液位测量系统可以在不改变液体容器结构的情况下完成液位测量;卡尔曼滤波算法可以有效提高液位计的测量精度和稳定性。
A non-contact liquid level measurement system based on FDC2214 capacitive sensor is proposed to solve the problems of corros-ivenes,being easily gasified,being easily solidified,and other special problems of liquid level measurements.The hardware system com-posed of an STM32F103 chip and an FDC2214 capacitance sensor is designed.Through data analysis of capacitance change and tempera-ture change curve,the corresponding temperature compensation system is built.In addition,the system uses a Kalman filtering algorithm to filter the measured data,which effectively improves the measurement accuracy and stability of the system.The test results show that the liquid level measuring system measures 10 groups of different liquid levels,and the sensitivity of the liquid level gauge is 190.5 pF/m.Besides,the liquid level measurement system can complete the liquid level measurement without changing the structure of the liquid con-tainer.Finally,the Kalman filtering algorithm can effectively improve the measurement accuracy and stability of the liquid level gauge.
