Design of a Dismantling Tool for the Runner-Shaft Coupling Bolts in Shuibuya Hydropower Plant

水布垭电站扩大性检修中,水轮机组转轮与主轴联接螺栓拆卸需要利用液压拉伸器进行松动,过去只能纯靠人力操作,且内部空间狭小,作业困难,并有很大的安全隐患,为此设计了专用拆卸工具,包括支架、2个支撑板和多个连接板等,支架上设有圆盘推力轴承。该工具减少人工操作,降低施工难度,提高了拆卸效率和安全可靠性,有效保障了拆卸作业质量。

In the expansive maintenance of Shuibuya Hydropower Plant,the dismantling of the runner-shaft coupling bolts requires the use of hydraulic stretchers for loosening.In the past,this could only be done manually.While the narrow internal space makes the operation very difficult and poses significant safety risks.A specialized dismantling tool is thus designed,which includes a bracket,two support plates,and multiple connecting plates.The bracket is equipped with a disk thrust bearing.This tool can reduce the manual operation,lower the operation difficulty,improve the efficiency,safety and reliability of the dismantling work,and effectively guarantee the quality of the work.
