The Witty Colour in Yuan Hongdao’s Poetry and Literature

晚明文人袁宏道诗文兼擅,他作品中显露出的诙谐色彩成为其风格特色之一。这种诙谐色彩具有谐谑对象广、艺术形式多样、风格雅俗并存的特点。在诗文中,袁宏道通过制造意外感、优越感、宣泄感生成诙谐色彩。而之所以会产生出这种诙谐幽默的风格,原因可以从社会历史因素、经历与性格因素、文艺美学观三个方面进行探讨。

Yuan Hongdao,a literati in the late Ming Dynasty,excelled in both poetry and prose.And the witty colours revealed in his works became one of his stylistic characteristics,which had the features of a wide range of harmonic objects,a variety of artistic forms,and the co-existence of elegant and vulgar styles.In his poems,Yuan Hongdao generated witty colours by creating a sense of surprise,superiority and catharsis.The reasons for this witty and humorous style can be explored from three aspects,namely,social and historical factors,experience and character factors,and literary aesthetics.
