基层医院儿科门诊处方用药分析

Analysis on Drug Use of Pediatric Outpatient Prescriptions in Primary Hospital

目的 分析基层医院儿科门诊医生的不规范处方,提升合理用药水平。方法 收集2022年1月至2022年12月的3520张门诊儿科处方,进行统计和归纳分析。结果 在3520张儿科的处方中有120张不合理处方,占调查处方总数的3.41%。儿科常见病以呼吸系统疾病为主,其中,1658例患儿使用西药,1640例患儿使用中成药,222例患儿西药与中成药联合应用。在不合理用药方面,主要是重复使用、用量不当、配伍禁忌等。结论 儿科门诊合理用药有待加强,通过不合理用药及时的信息反馈及相关用药知识的培训,以提高儿科门诊用药安全有效。

OBJECTIVE To analyze the non-standard prescriptions of pediatric doctors in primary hospitals and improve the level of rational drug use.METHODS A total of 3520 outpatient pediatric prescriptions from January 2022 to December 2022 were collected for statistical and inductive analysis.RESULTS There were 120 irrational prescriptions in 3520 pediatric prescriptions,accounting for 3.41% of the total number of prescriptions investigated.Respiratory diseases were the main common diseases in pediatrics.Among them,1658 cases were treated with Western medicine,1640 cases were treated with Chinese traditional patent medicine,and 222 cases were treated with Western medicine combined with Chinese traditional patent medicine.In the aspect of irrational drug use,it was mainly repeated use,improper dosage,incompatibility and so on.CONCLUSION Rational drug use in pediatric outpatient department needs to be strengthened.Through the timely information feedback of irrational drug use and the training of related drug knowledge,the safety and effectiveness of drug use in pediatric outpatient can be improved.
