右佐匹克隆片治疗失眠症的效果及不良反应的分析

Analysis of the Efficacy and Adverse Reactions of Dexzopiclone Tablets in the Treatment of Insomnia

目的 对失眠症患者临床治疗中右佐匹克隆片的疗效以及不良反应发生情况进行探究。方法 选择2021年1月到2022年1月期间本院收治的符合纳入及排除标准的300例高血压失眠症患者进行回顾性分析,按照治疗方法分为两组,对于150例参照组患者,采用艾司唑仑片进行治疗,对于150例实验组患者,采用右佐匹克隆片进行治疗。对两组患者睡眠质量、不良反应发生情况进行对比。结果 实验组患者睡眠质量优于参照组患者,实验组患者不良反应发生率低于参照组患者,P<0.05。结论 在失眠症患者治疗中,可指导患者服用药物进行治疗,如艾司唑仑、右佐匹克隆片,而后者更有利于改善患者睡眠质量,疗效显著,且患者不良反应发生率较低,安全性高,值得推广应用。

OBJECTIVE To explore the efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions of dexzopiclone tablets in the clinical treatment of insomnia.METHODS 300 patients with insomnia admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the study subjects.According to the principle of random allocation,they were divided into two groups.For 150 patients in the control group,esczoram tablets were used for treatment,while for 150 patients in the experimental group,right zopiclone tablets were used for treatment.Compare the sleep quality and incidence of adverse reactions between two groups of patients.RESULTS The sleep quality of the experimental group patients was better than that of the control group patients,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group patients was lower than that in the control group patients(P<0.05).CONCLUSION In the treatment of insomnia,patients can be guided to take medication,such as esomeprazole and dexzopiclone tablets,which are more conducive to improving the quality of sleep in patients,have significant therapeutic effects,and have a lower incidence of adverse reactions,high safety,and are worthy of promotion and application.
