预见性护理对胆囊炎微创手术老年患者术后康复效果分析

Effect Analysis of Predictive Nursing on Postoperative Rehabilitation of Elderly Cholecystitis Patients with Minimally Invasive Surgery

目的探讨预见性护理对胆囊炎微创手术老年患者术后康复效果的影响。方法选取2021年7月—2023年7月在本院接受胆囊炎微创手术的老年患者118例,以入院先后顺序,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组59例。对照组采用常规护理方案,观察组则实施预见性护理方案,包括术前心理干预、术后早期活动、饮食指导、并发症预防等。比较两组患者的术后住院时间、并发症发生率、生活质量评分和患者满意度评分。结果观察组患者术后住院时间明显短于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患者术后康复较快,能够早日出院。观察组患者并发症发生率明显低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者生活质量评分和满意度评分明显高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论预见性护理能够有效满足患者的术后康复,减少并发症的发生,提高生活质量和患者满意度,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective To explore effect of predictive nursing on postoperative rehabilitation of elderly cholecystitis patients with minimally invasive surgery.Methods The paper chose 118 elderly cholecystitis patients with minimally invasive surgery in our hospital from July 2021 to July 2023,and divided them into observation group and control group randomly based on admission order,with 59 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine nursing,while observation group with predictive nursing,including preoperative psychological intervention,early postoperative activities,dietary guidance,and prevention of complications.Postoperative hospital stay,incidence of complications,life quality scores,and satisfaction degree were compared between two groups.Results Postoperative length of stay in observation group was,significantly shorter than in control group,(P<0.05).Patients in observation group recovered quickly after surgery and could be discharged as soon as possible.Incidence of complications in observation group was significantly lower than control group,with lower risk of postoperative complications(P<0.05).Life quality and satisfaction degree of observation group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Predictive nursing can meet postoperative rehabilitation needs of patients effectively,reduce incidence of complications,improve life quality and satisfaction degree of patients,which is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
