摘要
目的观察多种形式联合培训法在急诊科室医护人员心电图知识培训中的应用效果。方法选取本院2021年参与心电图知识培训的44名急诊科室的医护人员为研究对象,按照随机分组法分为两组,每组22名。常规培训组应用常规培训,多种形式联合培训组应用多种形式联合培训,比较两组医护人员培训效果。结果培训12周后,多种形式联合培训组的急诊科室培训管理质量评分、心电图知识培训考核成绩分数、心电图培训操作技能分数、分析问题及解决问题能力水平评分、临床思维能力水平评分、培训满意度(培训模式、培训环境、培训内容、培训老师态度、自主学习评价)评分均明显高于常规培训组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将多种形式联合培训法,用于急诊科室医护人员心电图知识培训,更利于提高急诊科室培训管理质量水平,利于医护人员掌握心电图知识、操作技能,提高分析问题及解决问题能力、临床思维能力,让医护人员对心电图知识培训更满意。
Objective To observe application effect of multiple forms of combined training methods in electrocardiogram knowledge training of medical staff in emergency departments.Methods The paper chose 44 medical staff in emergency department participated in electrocardiogram knowledge training in 2021.Routine training group(22 members)was treated with routine training.Multiple forms of combined training group(22 members)with multiple forms of combined training.Training effect was compared.Results After 12 weeks of training,emergency department training management quality scores,electrocardiogram knowledge training assessment scores,electrocardiogram training operation skill scores,problem analysis and problem-solving ability level scores,clinical thinking ability level scores,and training satisfaction degreescores(training mode,training environment,training content,training teacher attitude,and self-learning evaluation)of multiple forms of combined training group were points in routine training group,(P<0.05).Conclusion Multiple forms of combined training methods can improve quality level of emergency department training managementdruing electrocardiogram knowledge training of for emergency department medical staff,can enable them to master electrocardiogram knowledge and operational skills,improve problem analysis and problem-solving abilities,clinical thinking abilities,and make them satisfied with electrocardiogram knowledge training.
