摘要
目的探讨乳腺外科实习护士带教过程中实施情景教学法联合问题为中心(PBL)教学的效果。方法选取2022年1月—2023年1月本院乳腺外科实习护士118名作为研究对象,按照不同实习批次分为研究组和对照组,每组59名。对照组给予常规教学模式进行教学,研究组在对照组基础上给予情景教学联合PBL教学进行教学,比较两组实习护士自主学习能力、出科考试成绩(出科理论考核成绩、操作考核成绩)及教学满意度。结果干预前,两组实习护士自主学习能力各维度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组自主学习能力各维度均高于干预前,且研究组自主学习能力各维度较对照组偏高(P<0.05)。干预前,两组实习护士组间理论考核成绩、操作考核成绩比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组出科理论考核成绩、操作考核成绩均高于干预前,且研究组出科理论考核成绩、操作考核成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,研究组出科时教学满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用情景教学联合PBL教学模式可提升乳腺外科实习护士自主学习能力,并有效提高其出科考试成绩及教学满意度,值得推广。
Objective To explore effect of scenario based teaching combined with problem-based learning(PBL)in teaching process of breast surgery internship nurses.Methods The paper chose 118 breast surgery internship nurses in our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 as research subjects,anddivided them intostudy group and control group according to different internship batches,with 59 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine teaching mode for teaching,while study group with scenario based teaching combined with PBL teaching on the basis of control group.Selflearning ability,admission exam scores(admission theory assessment scores,operation assessment scores),and teaching satisfaction degreewere compared between two groups.Results Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in dimensions of self-learning ability between two groups of intern nurses(P>0.05).After intervention,dimensions of self-learning ability in both groups were higher than before intervention,dimensions of self-learning ability in study group were higher than control group(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in theoretical and operational assessment scores between two groups of intern nurses(P>0.05).After intervention,theoretical and operational assessment scoresbetween two groups were higher than before intervention,and theoretical and operational assessment scores of study group were higher than control group(P<0.05).After intervention,satisfaction degree with teaching in study group was higher than control group at the time of graduation(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of scenario based teaching and PBL teaching mode can enhance self-learning ability of breast surgery internship nurses,improve graduation exam scores and teaching satisfaction degree effectively,which is worth promoting.
