摘要
在全球可持续发展进程缓慢的背景下,传统大学排名不利于大学实现可持续发展。对此,2022年QS发布了首个世界大学可持续发展排名,对全球范围内大学的可持续发展状况进行评估。该排名不仅在概念模型、评估对象、指标体系、排名结果方面颇具特色,而且在评估中体现了基于可持续发展理论的目标逻辑、基于大学功能理论的价值逻辑、基于资源依赖理论的均衡逻辑、基于教育投入产出理论的效率逻辑。未来我国大学可持续发展评估体系的构思可考虑:以发展性的评估理念为导向,构建适应社会需求的评估体系;设计综合性的评估指标,全面考察大学的可持续发展情况;重视评估过程的标准化,保证评估结果的有效性。
Against the backdrop of a slow global sustainability process,traditional university rankings are not conducive for universities to achieve sustainable development.In response,QS launched the first World University Sustainability Rankings in 2022 to assess the sustainability status of universities worldwide.It is not only quite distinctive in terms of conceptual model,assessment object,index system design,and ranking results,but also embodies the target logic based on the sustainable development theory,the value logic based on the university function theory,the balance logic based on the resource dependence theory,and the efficiency logic based on the education input-output theory.In the future,in the process of constructing China's university sustainable development assessment system,it can be considered that taking the developmental assessment concept as a guide to build an assessment system that adapts to the demands of society in China;designing comprehensive assessment indexes to examine the sustainable development of the university;and attaching importance to the standardization of the assessment process,so as to ensure the validity of the assessment results.
