摘要
鲍曼不动杆菌(Acinetobacter baumannii,AB)是一种非发酵革兰阴性机会致病菌,作为医院常见的病原体之一,有多种机制共同作用使其在环境及宿主体内生存。随着鲍曼不动杆菌的耐药性不断增强,多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌感染已经成为全球临床抗菌治疗的一个重大挑战。双组份调控系统(two component regulatory system,TCS)在AB对环境的感知和适应中发挥着关键作用,使其在不断变化的环境中广泛传播且长期存活。TCS由感应激酶和调节蛋白组成。生物膜成熟传感器(biofilm maturation sensor,BfmS)是AB中的一个感应激酶,生物膜成熟调节剂(biofilm maturation regulator,BfmR)是与感应激酶对应的调节蛋白,2者共同构成了BfmS/BfmR TCS。BfmS/BfmR TCS通过多种机制参与调控AB应激反应及耐药性的产生,本文对此过程进行综述。
Acinetobacter baumannii(AB)is a non fermenting gram-negative opportunistic pathogen that is a common pathogen in hospitals.It has multiple mechanisms that work together to survive in the environment and host body.With the increasing resistance of Acinetobacter baumannii,multidrug-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii infection has become a major challenge in global clinical antibacterial treatment.Two component regulatory system(TCS)play a crucial role in the perception and adaptation of AB to the environment,enabling them to spread widely and survive in constantly changing environments.TCS is composed of histidine kinases and regulatory protein.The biofilm maturation sensor is a histidine kinase in AB,and the biofilm maturation regulator serves as a regulatory protein corresponding to the histidine kinase.The 2 together constitute BfmS/BfmR TCS.This article reviews the involvement of BfmS/BfmR TCS in regulating AB stress response and drug resistance through various mechanisms.
