智慧口岸建设中传染病及新发传染病防控的探讨

摘要 随着传染病尤其是新发传染病跨境传播风险的不断增加,口岸作为防控传染病疫情输入的第一道防线,单纯依靠传统的卫生检疫手段已不能完全满足早期识别、防控的要求,需借助数字化、智能化新技术和新设备转型升级,加快智慧口岸建设才能为传染病早期防控提供依据。因此,利用大数据技术、众包技术等收集传染病相关信息并利用模型分析对疫情形势作出预判,进而采取相关预防措施。也可运用基于人脸识别的症状监测系统和分子即时检测技术到新发传染病检测中,提高其传播早期的检出率。总而言之,全球疫情形势严峻复杂,新技术新设备与口岸传染病防控相结合仍需不断优化改善,同时卫生检疫专业人员需发挥主观能动性不断提升智慧口岸建设的适用性。 With infectious diseases,especially emerging cross-border transmission risk of infectious diseases,ports as the infectious disease epidemic input of the first line of defense,relying solely on the traditional means of health and quarantine can not fully meet the requirements of early identification,prevention and control,need to use digital,intelligent new technology and new equipment transformation and upgrading,to speed up the wisdom construction of the port to provide the basis for early prevention and control of infectious diseases.Big data technology and crowdsourcing technology are used to collect information related to infectious diseases,and use the model analysis to predict the epidemic situation,and then take relevant preventive measures.The symptom monitoring system,based on face recognition and point-of-care test technology,can be used to improve the detection rate in the early stage of transmission for new infectious diseases.The global epidemic situation is grim and complex.The combination of new technologies and equipment with the prevention and control of infectious diseases at ports needs to be continuously optimized and improved,while health and quarantine professionals need to fully utilize to their subjective initiative to continuously improve the applicability of smart port construction.
