基于磁性理念的管理模式在神经外科中的应用效果影响研究

Impact of Application Effect of Management Mode Based on Magnetic Concept in Neurosurgery

目的探讨基于磁性理念的管理模式在神经外科中的应用效果。方法选择2021年5月—2023年4月安丘市人民医院神经外科的23名医生作为研究对象,根据时间点分为对照组(n=23,2021年5月—2022年4月)和观察组(n=23,2022年5月—2023年4月)。两组为同一批医生。对照组采用常规方法管理,观察组联合基于磁性理念的管理模式。比较两组管理质量、核心技能及管理满意度。结果管理3个月后,观察组管理质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。管理3个月后,观察组核心技能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组管理3个月后的管理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于磁性理念的管理模式用于神经外科中效果显著,能提高管理质量,提升医生核心技能,可获得较高的管理满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of management mode based on magnetic concept in neurosurgery.Methods A total of twenty-three doctors in the Neurosurgery Department of Anqiu People's Hospital from May 2021 to April 2023 were selected as the study subjects and divided into control group(n=23,from May 2021 to April 2022)and observation group(n=23,from May 2022 to April 2023)according to the time point.Two groups were the same group of doctors.The control group was managed by conventional methods,and the observation group combined with the management mode based on magnetic concept.Management quality,core skills and management satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The management quality score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group after 3 months of management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The core skill score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group after 3 months of management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The management satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group after 3 months of management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The management mode based on the magnetic concept has remarkable effect in neurosurgery,can improve the management quality,enhance the core skills of doctors,and obtain higher management satisfaction.
