摘要
“23·7”大暴雨导致大清河流域和永定河流域发生了流域性编号洪水。尽管暴雨前,北京市对86%的河道水质无人监测设备——水环境“侦察兵”进行了加固,大部分设备经受住了暴雨洪水的严峻考验,但也有8.5%受损。分析了该场降雨的各流域平均降水量、流域不同时间尺度的降水量、河道流速和不同安装方式对水环境“侦察兵”设备受损的影响,可为今后提前应对暴雨、进行设备风险点位研判、保护设备安全提供经验和依据。
The"23·7"heavy rainstorm led to the basin number flood in the Daqing River basin and the Yongding River basin.About 86%of automatic monitoring equipment known as the"environmental scouts"withstood this heavy rainstorm due to the reinforcement,however,there still 8.5%equipment were damaged.This paper analyzed the impacts of the average precipitation of each basin,precipitation at different time scales of the basin,river flow rate,and different installation methods of the rainfall on the damage of the water environment"scout"equipment.These research results could provide experience and basis for dealing with rainstorm in advance,analysis the risk point of these equipment,and protecting the equipment safety in the future.
