科教融合背景下新任导师培养研究生的策略——以非线性控制系统课程为载体

摘要 非线性控制系统课程是一门理论与实践相结合的课程,是控制科学与工程专业新工科人才培养的基础。在科教融合背景下,新任导师针对课程教学中存在的问题,结合三维共建的科研能力指导体系和课程教学大纲,设计并举办研讨论坛,要求学生通过演讲汇报等形式进行模拟汇报。教学实践表明,学生的课程成绩显著提高,科研创新等综合能力得到充分锻炼与培养,新工科人才培养质量稳步提升。 As a course combining theory and practice,Nonlinear Control System is the basis for cultivating new engineering talents in control science and engineering major.Under the background of integration of science and education,the new tutors aimed at the existing problems in the teaching,combining with the hybrid guidance system of scientific research ability and the course syllabus,designed and carried out discussion forums.Students are required to simulate the forum report through speeches and other forms.The teaching practice shows that the comprehensive abilities of scientific research and innovation have been fully exercised and cultivated while improving the course scores,the quality of training new engineering talents has been steadily improved.
