冷链物流高质量发展背景下“冷库技术”课程思政建设探究

Research on Ideological and Political Construction of“Cold Storage Technology”under the Background of High-Quality Development of Cold Chain Logistics

“冷库技术”是高等职业技术学院制冷与空调专业的专业课程。在冷链物流高质量发展的背景下,秉承立德树人的教学理念,将“冷库技术”课程思政教育体系进行重构,隐性地将冷链物流相关思政元素有机融入课程教学中。从思政教学目标、思政元素挖掘、教学内容重构及考核评价优化等方面进行“冷库技术”课程思政的优化设计,以落实专业课立德树人的根本任务,为提高专业人才培养质量提供参考。

“Cold Store Technology”is a professional course of refrigeration and air conditioning major in college.Under the background of high-quality development of cold chain logistics,adhering to the teaching concept of moral education,the ideological and political education system of“Cold Store Technology”course is reconstructed,and the ideological and political elements related to cold chain logistics are implicitly integrated into the course teaching.From the aspects of ideological and political teaching objectives,ideological and political elements mining,teaching content reconstruction and assessment and evaluation optimization,the ideological and political optimization design of“Cold Store Technology”course is carried out,to implement the fundamental task of moral education in professional courses and to provide reference for improving the quality of professional personnel training.
