摘要
为实现新时代教育背景下“三全育人”要求,将思政元素有机融入专业课教学的不同环节来实现是一种可行途径。文章以高职院校食品专业学生的特点为基础,并结合食品加工技术课程的特点,深入挖掘其中蕴含的思政元素,分析其融合切入点,通过提高教师课程思政水平,挖掘课程思政元素,运用混合式教学模式,建立课程思政评价体系,探索在该课程中有效实施思政教育的途径,使学生在掌握专业知识和技能的同时,提升思想政治素质,从而实现专业课思政育人的目标。
Under the background of education in the new era,it is a feasible way to realize the requirements of“three rounds of education”by organically integrate ideological and political elements into different links of professional course teaching.Based on the characteristics of students majoring in food in higher vocational colleges,combined with the characteristics of the course of food processing technology,this paper deeply digs into the ideological and political elements contained in it,analyzes its integration breakthrough point,and explores ways to effectively implement ideological and political education in this course by improving teachers’ideological and political level in curriculum,digging out ideological and political elements in curriculum,applying mixed teaching mode,and establishing curriculum ideological and political evaluation system,so that students can enhance their ideological and political quality while mastering professional knowledge and skills,and realize the goal of ideological and political education in professional courses.
