摘要
随着全球经济一体化和互联网+时代的到来,不同专业与学科之间交叉融合、相互渗透,专业之间界限逐渐变得模糊,现代社会对人才的需求向综合素质优良、知识面广、具备多学科知识背景、能够适应市场多变局面的通用型、创新型人才转变。新农科建设要求培养多学科背景、高素质的复合型现代农业人才,打造“交叉学科”人才培养新模式、着力提升学生的跨学科思维和创新能力,将有利于加速农业现代化进程,更好为乡村振兴和科技强国提供有力支撑。通过对传统人才培养模式的反思、传统人才培养模式的改革及交叉人才培养模式的具体措施进行论述,对新农科建设的时代背景和“交叉学科”人才培养的需求进行探讨,并积极探索新农科背景下的“交叉学科”人才培养新模式。在这种背景下,依靠宁夏大学食品科学与工程学院的人才、科研优势,与企业共建实习实训基地,积极进行产学研合作与科研成果转化,鼓励将科研中成熟的研究成果转化为优质教学资源,使教学内容与食品产业无缝对接。
With the advent of global economic integration and the era of Internet plus,different majors and disciplines cross and penetrate into each other,and the boundaries between disciplines gradually become blurred.The demand for talents in modern society is changing to general-purpose and innovative talents with good comprehensive quality,broad knowledge and multi-disciplinary knowledge background,and able to adapt to the changing situation of the market.The construction of the new agricultural science requires the cultivation of multi-disciplinary and high-quality composite modern agricultural talents,and the creation of a new model for cultivating interdisciplinary talents,focusing on enhancing students’interdisciplinary thinking and innovation abilities.This will be conducive to accelerating the process of agricultural modernization and providing strong support for rural revitalization and scientific and technological development.Aim to discuss the background of the new agricultural science construction and the needs of interdisciplinary talent cultivation through reflection on the traditional talent cultivation model,reform of the traditional talent cultivation model,and specific measures of the interdisciplinary talent cultivation model.It actively explores the new model of interdisciplinary talent cultivation under the background of the new agricultural science.Relying on the talent and research advantages of the School of Food Science and Engineering of Ningxia University,jointly build internship and training bases with enterprises,actively engage in industry university research cooperation and scientific research achievement transformation,encourage the transformation of mature research results into high-quality teaching resources,and seamlessly integrate teaching content with the food industry.
