摘要
课程思政是以“立德树人”为教育的根本任务,将各类课程与思想政治理论课同向同行的一种综合教育理念,强调教师在授课过程中润物细无声地对学生展开思想政治教育,是当前专业课教育改革的重要环节。文章结合“食品标准与法规”课程的特点,分析了课程思政在“食品标准与法规”教学过程中的融入点及元素设计,探讨和阐述了该课程展开思政教育的有效实施路径,以实现思政教育和专业知识的有机融合,从而达到课程的育人功能。
“Curriculum ideology and politics”is a comprehensive educational concept that takes“morality and cultivating talents”as the fundamental task of education,and integrates various courses with ideological and political theory courses in the same direction,which is an important part of the current education reform.In this study,in order to achieve the organic integration of ideological and political education and professional knowledge,the integration points and element design of ideological and political education in the teaching process of the“Food Standards and Regulations”course are analyzed,and the effective implementation paths are explored.
