摘要 食品加工与安全作为培养农业与食品产业高层次应用复合型人才的特色专业,响应教育部培养可适应国家经济社会发展需要的更高质量标准的各类卓越拔尖人才的要求、积极推进高校教育的实践教学环节显得尤为重要,其中校外基地建设是必不可少的环节和有效手段。针对校外实习基地所存在的企业积极性不高、实习管理松懈、实践教学管理体系不完备的局限,内蒙古农业大学食品加工与安全专业实习基地建设,在“互惠互利、双向受益”的基础上,立足于所依托的行业优势、区域位置,提出一种建设长效、稳定的校企协作关系,在操作中具有较强的实际意义,可为其他院校的相关工作提供借鉴。 Food processing and safety,as a characteristic specialty of training high-level applied compound talents in agriculture and food industry,responds to the requirements of the Ministry of Education to train various outstanding talents with higher quality standards that can meet the needs of national economic and social development.It is particularly important to actively promote the practical teaching link of college education,among which the construction of off-campus bases is an indispensable link and effective means.In view of the limitations of the current off-campus practice base,such as low enterprise enthusiasm,lax practice management,and incomplete practice teaching management system,the construction of food processing and safety professional practice base of Inner Mongolia Agricultural University is based on the industry advantages and regional location on the base of“mutual benefit and mutual benefit”.It puts forward a kind of long-term and stable school-enterprise cooperation relationship,which has strong practical significance in operation,to provide reference for the related work of other colleges and universities.
