摘要
产教融合课程是完成产教融合建设实施表征,以课程为载体,以问题为导向,在“食品分析”课程以翻转课堂授课模式对课程的授课环节进行改革实践,在分析教学不足的基础上,实施双师型教学,以学生为主体,持续改进的授课环节。改革实践对培学生的主观学习性和综合能力,产教融合专业的建设有较好促进作用,提高人才培养质量。
The integration of industry and education course is the embodiment of the implementation result of the construction of production-teaching integration.Course as the carrier and problem as guiding,the flipped classroom teaching model is used in reform practice in the“Food Analysis”teaching course.On the basis of the analysis of teaching deficiencies,the teaching session is changed,such as the double teacher type teaching team,principal part with students and continual improvement.It has a good promoting effect on cultivating students’subjective learning ability,comprehensive ability,constructing the integration of industry and education specialty,also on improving the quality of talent training.
