摘要
通过分析掺有机温拌剂后高黏沥青混合料的力学性能、路用性能、施工性能变化,得出黏结力和最大弯拉应变可作为有机温拌剂掺量的控制指标,有机温拌剂能改善高黏沥青混合料施工温度高、拌合难度大的问题。对材料综合性能分析,认为掺有机温拌剂后混合料的高温和抗压性能进一步提高,可应用于温差变化小、重载交通等道路的中下面层。
This paper analyzed the change in mechanical properties,road performance,and construction performance of the high-viscosity asphalt mixtures after adding the organic warm mixing agent.The results showed that the adhesion and the maximum flexural strain could be used as the control index of the content of the organic warm mixing agent,and the organic warm mixing agent could solve the problems of high construction temperature and difficulty in the mixing of high-viscosity asphalt mixture.Through the analysis of the comprehensive properties of the material,it was concluded that the high-temperature and compressive properties could be further improved to be applied to the middle and lower layer of the road with small temperature variations or heavy traffic.
