With the continuous evolution of global biosafety regulations,biotechnology breeding enterprises are facing many challenges and need to actively respond to achieve sustainable development.This review summarizes the evolution of global biosafety regulations,explores the application of biotechnology breeding in agriculture and its current development status.It also deeply analyzes the impact of biosafety regulations on biotechnology breeding enterprises,including constraints,challenges,existing problems,and the impact on the international competitiveness of enterprises.Through successful case analysis,it proposes strategies and measures for biotechnology breeding enterprises to respond to global biosafety regulations,including establishing and improving compliance systems,actively participating in international cooperation and exchange,and establishing breeding technology innovation systems.This manuscript aims to promote the compliant development of biotechnology breeding enterprises and promote the sustainable development of the breeding industry.It provides theoretical basis for future research to focus on the development trends of biosafety regulations,and provides more specific guidance for biotechnology breeding enterprises.
