利益共同体视角下中华民族共同体的生成、建设与实践

铸牢中华民族共同体意识是习近平总书记关于民族工作的重大部署和重要思想。当前在中华民族共同体建设中,需要以利益共同体视角回应关于中华民族共同体生成的中国之问、共同体建设的时代之问和共同体实践的人民之问。以利益共同体视角阐释中华民族共同体何以形成:独特的自然禀赋为共同体早期向内汇聚提供了有利条件,共生互补的经济为共同体凝结了牢固的根基,政治一统与国家利益为共同体奠定了有力的内外保障。共同体建设何以必须,回应了两个一百年交汇变局中我国在复杂的国内外利益形势下的必然选择。共同体建设“何以为之”落于实践:做好经济增量与保障公平并重,以“共有”意识浸润人心,坚持共产党的领导和人民利益至上,自觉维护国家利益,为早日实现中华民族伟大复兴助力。

Strengthening the consciousness of the Chinese national community is a major assertion on the ethnic work put forward by General Secretary Xi Jinping.In the current construction of the Chinese national community,it is necessary to respond to the question of China on the formation of the Chinese national community,the question of the times on the construction of the community,and the question of the people on the practice from the perspective of the community with shared interests.The unique natural endowment provides the original impetus for the early convergence of the community;the symbiotic and complementary economy provides a solid foundation for the community;and the political unity and national interests provide a strong internal and external guarantee for the community.The necessity of the building of the Chinese national community responds to the inevitable choice of China in the complex situation of domestic and foreign interests at the crossroads of the two centuries;and the path to the community building is oriented to practice,that is,we should attach equal importanceto economic growth and fairness,enhance people's“common”consciousness,adhere to the leadership of the Communist Party of China(CPC)and the principle that the people's interests are paramount,and consciously safeguard national interests to contribute to the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
