摘要
目的从护理考核视角分析医院信息化平台在急诊科的应用价值,以期为管理人员提供更好的管理思路。方法通过天津市第三中心医院2020—2021年信息平台收集临床医学工作量数据,融合护理工作质量,综合考评急诊科抢救室,输液室、监护室等岗位或护理模块护理人员的工作成绩,实现智能化管理目标。比较实施前后成绩考核完成时间和护理人员对成绩评估的满意率。结果实施后,急诊科护理人员一季度成绩考核完成时长短于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。急诊科护理成绩考核制度实施后,护理人员对成绩考核结果总满意率为93.75%,高于实施前的60.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.0444,P<0.05)。结论提高对急救工作绩效评价的重点在于,加强对急救工作的信息化管理,并建立健全相应的评价指标。信息化平台可以帮助临床护理管理者在对护理人员的工作进行绩效评定时,提供科学、准确的数据,最大限度地提高绩效评定系统的运行效率,降低护理管理的费用,更便于对绩效进行深入的分析与管理,实现自动化、高效、全面的评定。应用医院信息平台执行急诊护理绩效评定,从而为管理人员提供科学有效地管理思路,实现更高质量的信息化考核与管理。
Objective To analyze the application value of hospital information platform in emergency department from the perspective of nursing assessment,in order to provide better management ideas for management personnel.Methods The clinical medical workload data through the information platform of Tianjin Third Central Hospital from 2020 to 2021 were collected,the quality of nursing work was integrated,the work performance of nurses in emergency department,infusion room,monitoring room and other positions or nursing modules were comprehensively exalutated,and the goal of intelligent management was achieved.The completion time of performance assessment before and after implementation and the satisfaction rate of nursing staff with the performance assessment were compared.Results After the implementation,the completion time of the first quarter performance assessment for emergency nursing staff was shorter than before the implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the implementation of the emergency department nursing performance assessment system,the overall satisfaction rate of nursing staff with the evaluation results was 93.75%,which was higher than the 60.00%before implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.0444,P<0.05).Conclusion The key to improve the performance evaluation of first aid work was to strengthen the information management of first aid work,and establish and improve the corresponding evaluation indicators.The information platform could help clinical nursing managers in the performance evaluation of the work of nurses,provide scientific and accurate data,maximize improvement the operation efficiency of the performance evaluation system,reduce the cost of nursing management,more convenient for in-depth analysis and management of performance,to achieve automatic,efficient,comprehensive evaluation.The hospital information platform was applied to evaluate the performance of emergency nursing,so as to provide managers with scientific and effective management ideas and realize higher quality information assessment and management.
