摘要
海洋核动力装备用核级电缆是确保海洋核动力装置正常运行的必备元件。针对目前尚无相关标准指导该电缆研制,结合船舶及海洋工程用电缆和核电站用1E级电缆设计和应用经验,探索了该电缆的性能分类和关键性能要求,提出了主要试验项目和试验流程,在分析探讨基础上完成了电缆的结构设计、材料选择、试制生产和测试验证。经检测,所研制的电缆产品性能达到了预期目标。
The nuclear cable for marine nuclear power equipment is essential component to ensure the normal operation of marine nuclear power devices.In response to the current lack of relevant standards to guide the development of this cable,combined with the design and application experience of ships and marine engineering cables and 1E grade cables for nuclear power plants,the performance classification and key performance requirements of this cable are explored,and the major test items and process are proposed.Based on the analysis and exploration,the structural design,material selection,trial production,and testing verification of the cable are completed.After testing,the performance of the developed cable product has reached the expected target.
