带弓大管绞设备缆芯在线涂覆缆膏装置的设计

摘要 为解决传统带弓大管绞设备在缆芯涂覆缆膏时中心缆芯离线涂覆效率低、涂覆现场不整洁的弊端,进行了带弓大管绞设备缆芯在线涂覆缆膏装置的改造设计。通过对弓板内传动结构的改进,将外部动力传递到内部带动涂覆机构,实现了在线涂覆缆膏功能。该装置适用缆芯缆径范围广,其成功设计和应用使缆芯缆膏涂覆均匀,操作方便,达到了降本增效的效果。 In order to solve the disadvantages of low off-line coating efficiency and untidy coating site when the cable core is coated with cable filling gel in the traditional large tubular stranding equipment with bow,an online cable filling gel coating device for the cable core of the large tubular stranding equipment with bow is designed.Through the improvement of the inner transmission structure of the bow plate,the external power is transferred to the inner driving coating mechanism,and the function of online coating cable filling gel is realized.The device has applied to a wide range of cable core diameters.The successful design and application of the device has made the cable core filling gel coated evenly,easy to operate,and achieved the effect of cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
