摘要
为了满足我国高压电缆用交联聚乙烯(XLPE)绝缘料寿命快速评定的需求,创新性地提出了寿命指数对比评定方法。该评定方法中电气寿命指数n值的评定是基于试样电缆累积击穿概率符合威布尔分布函数假设前提,试验原理采用近似简化法。通过对比以未知电气寿命的高压电缆用XLPE绝缘料待评定试样和经长期使用安全已知电气寿命的高压电缆用XLPE绝缘料对照试样在同产线上制成的同型号规格电缆寿命指数n值,能够简便、快速、准确地评定未知电气寿命的高压电缆用XLPE绝缘料寿命。结合相关实例试验研究,表明该评定方法具有试验成本低、评定效率高、适用范围广的优势。
In order to meet the demand for quick life evaluation of XLPE insulation materials for HV cables in China,an innovative life index comparison evaluation method has been proposed.The evaluation of the electrical life index n value in this evaluation method is based on the assumption that the cumulative breakdown probability of the sample cable conforms to the Weibull distribution function,and the experimental principle adopts the approximate simplification method.Through comparing the life index n value of HV cables of the same model and specification made on the same production line by the sample to be evaluated of XLPE insulation material with unknown electrical life and the reference sample of XLPE insulation material with known electrical life after long-term use,it is easy,fast,and accurate to evaluate the life of XLPE insulation material for HV cables with unknown electrical life.Based on relevant case studies,it is shown that this evaluation method has the advantages of low experimental cost,high evaluationefficiency,andwideapplicability.
