摘要
慢性萎缩性胃炎癌前病变是向胃癌转变的高风险类型,因此应对此高度重视。中医药在治疗本病上有独特优势,党中勤教授通过多年临床实践和经验总结,认为脾胃虚弱是本病的发病之本,贯穿疾病始终,气滞、湿热、痰浊、血瘀等病理产物是疾病进展的重要因素。治疗上以健脾益气为基础,自拟和胃止痛方、理中和胃方、消痞和胃方三个基础方,根据病情变化,病-证-症理论与微观辨证相结合,加减应用,效果颇佳。本文以期通过对慢性萎缩性胃炎癌前病变的中医病因病机、治法方药、案例举隅等几个方面的论述,为治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎癌前病变提供新的思路。
Precancerous lesions of chronic atrophic gastritis are a high-risk type of gastric cancer, so it should be taken seriously. Traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in the treatment of this disease. Professor DANG Zhongqin, through years of clinical exploration and experience summary, believes that the weakness of the spleen and stomach is the root of the disease throughout the disease, Qi stagnation, damp heat, phlegm turbidness, blood stasis, and other pathologic products are important factors in the progression of the disease.The treatment is based on invigorating the spleen and supplementing Qi, developing Hewei Zhitong prescription, Lizhong Hewei prescription, and Xiaopi Hewei prescription. According to the condition, the combination of disease-syndrome-symptom theory and microscopic differentiation, addition, and subtraction application, the effect is quite good.This paper discusses the etiology and pathogenesis of precancerous lesions of chronic atrophic gastritis in traditional Chinese medicine, treatment methods, prescriptions, cases, and other aspects to provide new ideas for the treatment of precancerous lesions of chronic atrophic gastritis.
