人获得性免疫缺陷病毒(Human Immunodeficiency Virus,HIV)、梅毒螺旋体合并感染在当前已成为一个新的公共卫生问题,由于HIV感染者免疫力低下,导致其容易感染其他传染性病原体,且二者具有相同的感染方式,也有相似的高危人群,使得感染者的临床表现、实验室诊断更为复杂。二者合并感染对人体可造成严重后果。本文通过对一例出境船员的HIV、梅毒螺旋体合并感染的分析和讨论,为国境口岸传染病监测和防控工作提供参考。

The co-infection of Human Immunodeficiency Virus(HIV)and syphilis has become a new public health problem.Due to the weakened immunity system of HIV-infected individuals,they are more susceptible to other infectious pathogens,including syphilis.Both HIV and syphilis share similar infection methods and high-risk populations,making the clinical manifestations and laboratory diagnosis of infected individuals more complex.The co-infection of the two pathogens can cause serious consequences to human body.The article provides an analysis and discussion of a case of co-infection of HIV and syphilis in an outbound crew member,offering reference for monitoring and prevention of infectious diseases at border ports.
