肠癌化疗患者的社会疏离感现状及影响因素

The current status of social dissociation in colorectal cancer patients with chemotherapy and its influencing factors

目的探讨肠癌化疗患者社会疏离感现状及影响因素。方法回顾性分析2021年1月~2022年12月本院收治的100例肠癌化疗患者的临床资料,使用一般情况调查问卷、一般疏离量表(General alienation scale,GAS)对其社会疏离感进行调查,并经多因素Logistic回归分析肠癌化疗患者社会疏离感发生的危险因素。结果肠癌化疗患者GAS总分为(50.58±5.54),其中无力感(3.52±0.24)均分最高,自我疏远感(3.29±0.19)其次;不同性别、居住地、确诊时间的肠癌化疗患者的GAS得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),年龄66~80岁、人均月收入2000~3000元、初中及以下文化、疾病分期Ⅲ~Ⅳ期、化疗疗程>2次的肠癌化疗患者的GAS得分最高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,年龄66~80岁、人均月收入2000~3000元、初中及以下文化、疾病分期Ⅲ~Ⅳ期、化疗疗程>2次是肠癌化疗患者社会疏离感的危险因素,均P<0.05。结论肠癌化疗患者社会疏离感水平较高,年龄66~80岁、人均月收入2000~3000元、初中及以下文化、疾病分期Ⅲ~Ⅳ期、化疗疗程>2次是其危险因素,临床应予以密切关注。

Objective To explore the current situation and influencing factors of social alienation in cancer chemotherapy patients.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 100 colorectal cancer chemotherapy patients admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022.A general situation survey questionnaire and a general alienation scale(GAS)were used to investigate their sense of social alienation.Multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the risk factors for social alienation in colorectal cancer chemotherapy patients.Results The total CAS score of cancer chemotherapy patients was(50.58±5.54),with the highest average score of powerlessness(3.52±0.24)and the second highest score of self alienation(3.29±0.19).There was no statistically significant difference in the GAS scores of gender,residence,and diagnosis time among cancer chemotherapy patients(P>0.05).The GAS scores of cancer chemotherapy patients with age ranging from 66 to 80 years old,per capita monthly income ranging from 2000 to 3000 yuan,middle school education or below,disease stageⅢ-Ⅳ,and chemotherapy courses>2 times were the highest,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that age 66-80 years old,per capita monthly income 2000-3000 yuan,education in junior high school or below,disease stageⅢ-Ⅳ,and chemotherapy course>2 times were risk factors for social alienation in colorectal cancer chemotherapy patients,with all P<0.05.Conclusion Patients with colorectal cancer undergoing chemotherapy have a relatively high level of social alienation,with age ranging from 66 to 80 years old,per capita monthly income ranging from 2000 to 3000 yuan,education in junior high school or below,disease stageⅢtoⅣ,and chemotherapy course>2 times being the influencing factors.Clinical attention should be paid closely.
