萧氏双C护理模式对放射性核素治疗的甲状腺癌患者情绪及生活质量的影响

Effects of Xiao's double C nursing mode on emotions and quality of life in thyroid cancer patients receiving radionuclide therapy

目的探讨萧氏双C护理模式对甲状腺癌放射性核素治疗患者负性情绪及生活质量的影响。方法本研究对象为2021年2月~2022年2月我院80例甲状腺癌放射性核素治疗患者,数字表法随机分为两组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上采用萧氏双C护理模式。评估两组患者护理前后汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、抑郁自评量表(HAMD)、甲状腺癌特异性生命质量(THYCA-QoL)、36条目简明健康量表(SF-36),记录不良反应发生情况。结果相比于护理前,护理后两组HAMA评分、HAMD评分均显著下降,且护理后观察组均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);相比于护理前,护理后两组THYCA-QoL评分、SF-36评分均显著升高,且护理后观察组均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论萧氏双C护理模式能够有效改善甲状腺癌放射性核素治疗患者焦虑、抑郁等负性情绪,提升患者生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of Xiao's double C nursing mode on negative emotions and quality of life in patients with thyroid cancer treated with radionuclide.Methods Eighty patients with thyroid cancer radionuclide therapy in our hospital from February 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups according the number table method.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given Xiao's double-C nursing mode on the basis of routine nursing.The Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA),self-rating depression scale(HAMD),thyroid cancer-specific quality of life(THYCA-QoL),and 36-item Brief Health Scale(SF-36)were evaluated in the two groups before and after nursing.The occurrence of adverse reactions were recorded.Results Compared with before nursing,the HAMA scores and HAMD scores of the two groups were significantly decreased after nursing,and the observation group after nursing was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Compared with before nursing,the THYCA-QoL score and SF-36 score in the two groups after nursing were significantly increased,and the observation group after nursing was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Xiao's double-C nursing model can effectively improve negative emotions such as anxiety and depression in patients with thyroid cancer radionuclide therapy,and improve the quality of life of patients.
