铁死亡在炎症性肠病发病机制中的研究进展

摘要 铁死亡是一种铁依赖的特殊细胞死亡方式,已成为当前炎症性肠病(IBD)研究中的热点。铁离子代谢失衡和脂质过氧化物的积累不仅是铁死亡发生的关键因素,而且在IBD的发展中起重要作用。肠道内铁死亡的发生会损害肠道屏障功能,并加剧炎症反应。因此,干预铁离子的代谢过程和减少脂质过氧化物的积累,对控制IBD进展至关重要。尽管目前对铁死亡在IBD中的具体作用机制了解相对有限,但通过调控铁死亡可能为IBD的治疗提供新策略。 Ferroptosis is a unique form of cell death dependent on iron and has become a hot topic in current research on inflammatory bowel disease(IBD).The imbalance of iron ion metabolism and the accumulation of lipid peroxides are not only key factors in the occurrence of ferroptosis but also play an essential role in the development of IBD.Ferroptosis in the intestines can damage the intestinal barrier function and exacerbate inflammatory responses.Therefore,intervening in the metabolic process of iron ions and reducing the accumulation of lipid peroxides are crucial for controlling the progression of IBD.Although the current understanding of the specific mechanisms of ferroptosis in IBD is still relatively limited,but regulating ferroptosis may provide new strategies for the treatment of IBD.
