PET/CT联合炎症指标在评估宫颈癌临床病理特征和预后中的价值

摘要 宫颈癌严重威胁女性生命健康,其治疗主要根据疾病的分期确定,对于早期宫颈癌首选手术治疗,对于晚期宫颈癌则多采用同步放化疗。^(18)F-氟代脱氧葡萄糖正电子发射体层成像(^(18)F-FDG PET)/CT是一种利用肿瘤糖代谢特点诊断肿瘤的有效方法,在宫颈癌的病情评估和疗效评价等方面具有独特优势。炎症反应在肿瘤发生、发展和转移等方面具有重要作用,中性粒细胞、血小板及淋巴细胞均可作为炎症性疾病进展的指标。^(18)F-FDG PET/CT代谢体积参数与外周血炎症指标的相关性目前尚不清楚,未来进一步探索^(18)F-FDG PET/CT联合炎症指标在宫颈癌病理特征及预后评估中的价值,可以为宫颈癌患者制订个性化的诊疗方案,改善患者预后。 Cervical cancer is a serious threat to women's lives and health,and the treatment is mainly based on the stage of the disease.Surgery is the preferred treatment for early cervical cancer,while synchronous radiotherapy and chemotherapy are the standard treatment modes for advanced cervical cancer.^(18)F-fluorodeoxyglucose positron emission tomography(^(18)F-FDG PET)/CT is an effective method for diagnosing tumors based on the characteristics of tumor glucose metabolism,which has unique advantages in evaluating the condition and efficacy of cervical cancer.Inflammatory reactions play an important role in the occurrence,development,and metastasis of tumors.Neutrophils,platelets,and lymphocytes can serve as indicators of inflammatory disease progression.It is unclear whether there is a correlation between^(18)F-FDG PET/CT metabolic volume parameters and peripheral blood inflammatory parameters.In the future,further exploration of the value of^(18)F-FDG PET/CT combined with inflammation indicators in the pathological features and prognosis evaluation of cervical cancer can contribute to the individualized diagnosis and treatment plans for the patients and improve their prognosis.
