摘要
糖尿病足溃疡(DFU)是糖尿病最严重的并发症之一,其发病率、截肢率、治疗成本均较高,给患者家庭和社会造成沉重的经济负担,因此完善并制订预防和诊治DFU的措施十分必要。目前国内外关于DFU的治疗主要采用预防教育、血糖控制、感染控制、足底溃疡减压、伤口清创和血管重建、外科手术治疗、多学科诊疗等方式,尤其是多种治疗方式联合可有效预防和治疗DFU。未来深入研究DFU的诊治进展,可以为疾病的治疗提供新思路。
Diabetic foot ulcer(DFU)is one of the most serious complications of diabetes.Its incidence,amputation rate and treatment cost are high,which causes heavy economic burden to the patients'families and society.Therefore,it is necessary to improve and formulate measures to prevent,diagnose and treat DFU.At present,the treatment of DFU at home and abroad mainly adopts preventive education,blood glucose control,infection control,decompression of plantar ulcer,wound debridement and vascular reconstruction,surgical treatment,multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment,especially the combination of multiple treatment methods can effectively prevent and treat DFU.Further study on the progress of diagnosis and treatment of DFU in the future can provide new ideas for the treatment of diseases.
