综合性护理在肋骨骨折合并血气胸患者术后护理中的应用效果分析

Application Effect Analysis of Comprehensive Nursing in Postoperative Nursing of Patients with Rib Fracture Complicated with Hemopneumothorax

目的:探讨综合性护理在肋骨骨折合并血气胸患者术后护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年2月—2023年2月于安顺市人民医院行手术治疗的肋骨骨折合并血气胸患者60例作为研究对象,采用抽签法分为两组,各30例。对照组术后采用常规护理,试验组术后采用综合性护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:护理前,两组咳嗽、痰液黏稠度、排痰难度、肺部湿啰音评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组咳嗽、痰液黏稠度、排痰难度、肺部湿啰音评分低于护理前,且试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.011)。护理前,两组生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、一般健康、精力、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、一般健康、精力、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康评分高于护理前,且试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合性护理在肋骨骨折合并血气胸患者术后护理中的应用效果良好,可改善患者症状,提高生活质量与护理满意度。

Objective:To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing in postoperative nursing of patients with rib fracture complicated with hemopneumothorax.Methods:A total of 60 patients with rib fracture complicated with hemopneumothorax who underwent surgical treatment in People's Hospital of Anshun City from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group by lottery method.The control group received routine nursing after surgery,and the experimental group received comprehensive nursing after surgery.The nursing effect was compared between the two groups.Results:Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the scores of cough,sputum viscosity,sputum excretion difficulty and pulmonary moist rales between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of cough,sputum viscosity,sputum excretion difficulty and pulmonary moist rales in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,the scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of nursing in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.011).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the scores of physiological function,physiological function,physical pain,general health,energy,social function,emotional function,and mental health between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of physiological function,physiological function,physical pain,general health,energy,social function,emotional function and mental health in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,the scores in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of comprehensive nursing in the postoperative nursing of patients with rib fracture and hemopneumothorax has a good effect,and can ameliorate the symptoms of patients,improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
