细节化优质护理在脑梗死患者护理中的应用效果

Application Effect of Detailed High-Quality Nursing in Nursing of Patients with Cerebral Infarction

目的:分析细节化优质护理在脑梗死患者护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年5月—2023年5月齐河县人民医院收治的脑梗死患者800例作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各400例。对照组进行常规护理,观察组进行细节化优质护理。比较两组护理依从性、护理质量、心理状态以及生活质量。结果:观察组护理总依从率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。护理前,两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组SAS、SDS评分低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、总体健康、生命活力、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、总体健康、生命活力、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康评分高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理态度、心理疏导、护理措施、操作水平评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:细节化优质护理在脑梗死患者护理中的应用效果较好,能够提高患者护理依从性,改善心理状态与生活质量,护理质量较高。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of detailed high-quality nursing in the nursing of patients with cerebral infarction.Methods:A total of 800 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to Qihe County People's Hospital from May 2019 to May 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 400 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received detailed high-quality nursing.The nursing compliance,nursing quality,mental state and quality of life were compared between two groups.Results:The total compliance rate of nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the scores of physiological function,physiological functioning,physical pain,general health,vitality,social function,emotional function and mental health between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of physiological function,physiological functioning,physical pain,general health,vitality,social function,emotional function and mental health in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of nursing attitude,psychological counseling,nursing measures and operation level in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:Detailed high-quality nursing has good application effects in the nursing of cerebral infarction patients,and can improve the nursing compliance,alleviate the mental state and quality of life,and achieve good nursing quality.
